Walnut Cove Furnished Apartments located about 3.7 miles from Johnson city Medical Center Hospital, East Tennessee State University (ETSU), and the Quillen College of Medicine. Willow Springs Park is about 1.5 miles and 2.6 miles from National storytelling festival which is located in Historic Jonesborough Town. and also close to several popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate, as well as many Eastern Tennessee activities.
All of our apartments are professionally decorated with a country-specific theme, such as Roman, Italian and French.
We are specialized in short-term, luxury, furnished, corporate apartments.
We are one of the only few who are pet friendly too.
Our select units include:

- Computer, printer, Scanner and Fax machine Access available on premises.
- 42″– 60″ TVs.
- Nice linens (including, but not limited to, towels and sheets).
- Both bedrooms are furnished with luxurious bedding, however, the second, smaller bedroom, will have either a full size bed or a comfortable futon that folds out into a full size bed, with all the bedding stored in the same room for easy access.
- All cleaning supplies included (ex: vacuum, detergent, paper towels); even the shower heads have been upgraded!

Short term leases are welcome, but a better rate is given with a longer term lease.
Deposit is same as rent.
