Our experience at Walnut Cove was exceptional. We leased one of 8 apartments for 6-months. All are unique, fully furnished, clean, and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The apartments are quiet and conveniently located to Johnson City and the entire Tri-Cities area. We thoroughly enjoyed the many mountain views afforded in the area. Prior to this trip, we spent many years in corporate America with travel being a part of our weekly routine. We highly recommend Walnut Cove for either short or longer term visits to the area!

Extremely quite and friendly neighbors and very cozy. Did not have any maintenance issues. Enough parking space and right by the door you don't have to walk. This is a great location with about three in a half miles from ETSU, two miles from Walmart/Kroger/Plaza, and about six miles from the mall this saves a lot of gas everything is so close by. There is a friendly and helpful staff. Nice place I love it. Its cute and comfortable inside. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute, but they were booked and the management offered me to stay in Mountain View apartments and it was gorgeous with the views of the mountains. I am not sure which complex I like more.
